International Trade Law
On the LLM International Trade Law you will acquire a wide range of knowledge on issues relevant to international trade, such as international sale contracts, carriage of goods and international dispute resolution and in areas such as international finance, intellectual property, international energy law and transnational competition law. You will gain specialist legal knowledge within a practical context, whilst developing expertise in these areas and enhancing your research skills.
Modules may include: International dispute resolution; legal research; carriage of goods; commercial contracts; intellectual property; international finance; international sale contracts; transnational competition law; project.
The course is delivered through a series of core and optional modules which run sequentially and are each assessed by a 3,000-word coursework. For the award of LLM, students will also need to complete a 15,000-17,000-word project. There are no exams.
