Business Law

Understanding how the law operates within a commercial context is essential for any successful business, from small enterprises with a local focus to multinational organisations trading across the globe. We designed the PG Cert Business Law to meet the needs of members of the business community who are interested in learning about the ways in which the law impacts on business activity. The course develops the professional and reflective skills necessary for practice in business and industry or law firms.
