Applicants are normally expected to have a good Honours degree (1st or 2.1) or recognised professional qualification. Applicants who do not hold a 1st degree but have substantial relevant career experience working within an appropriate area of the fashion industry or in a business related field that evidences learning equivalent to 1st degree studies will be considered for APEL on a case by case basis. All applicants also require: a personal development portfolio which demonstrates their potential to meet the requirements of the Master's programme; academic and/or professional references which must be provided in all cases to be computer literate and familiar with the use of internet technologies.
Modules include: major research project; design management 1; design management 2; understanding fashion management; contemporary issues in the global fashion industry.
