Business with Marketing Management

The programme provides both the general business knowledge and understanding as well as the personal skills needed for a wide variety of roles. Students can choose between a general pathway with a wide variety of optional modules and a specialist pathway in which around half of the programme is concentrated on 1 functional area. Students choosing 1 of the pathways have the opportunity to carry out independent research in their preferred specialist area.

Entry requirements

A 2.2 Honours degree, or equivalent; applicants without academic qualifications but with substantial experience of working in a business organisation and/or possess a relevant professional qualification also considered. Applicants should possess a mathematics qualification equivalent to a GCSE grade B. English language requirements are IELTS 6.5, TOEFL (575 paper-based, 90 internet-based).

Course modules

Modules include: business research analysis; analysing organisations; developing self; enhancing employability and career development; marketing strategy; dissertation; relationship marketing in a global context; managing for sustainable competitive advantage; business environment and strategic management.
