Students can specialise in specific areas of study for example development, reward, managing diversity or global economics. In the remainder of the programme students engage in some 'real-life' work based problem-solving.

Entry requirements

An Honours or CNAA degree. English language requirements: IELTS 6.5, TOEFL (575 paper-based, 90 internet-based).

Modules include: business research analysis; financial and database systems management; total reward; human resource skills for the international context; international management research report: masters dissertation; international human resource management; managing employee engagement; human resource management in context; developing self as an human resource leader; managing and developing talent.
