At the heart of the programme is the Global Organisational Behaviour module that will expose you to the challenges faced by managers of international businesses and how these can be overcome. Other modules develop expertise in functional areas such as Marketing and Finance while others focus on Global Strategic Management and HRM. In the second semester you will be able to choose from a set of option modules and thus tailor your study to your own areas of interest. Finally you will complete your research and the writing up of your dissertation, this is a major opportunity to become an expert in an aspect of international business in which you have a strong interest. You will have a personal research supervisor to support you in the process.
