This programme has been designed with a complementary set of modules that will build skills to the level that enables students to work in either microelectronic or communications engineering sectors.

Entry requirements

2nd Class Honours degree in a subject related to proposed area of study. English language requirements: IELTS 6.5, TOEFL (575 paper-based, 90 internet-based).

Course modules

Modules include: embedded system technologies and design; digital design automation; wireless communication systems; optical communication systems; engineering project; analogue electronic design; engineering research and project management.
