The programme comprises a diverse range of disciplines to equip the student for the role of a chartered surveyor.

Entry requirements

Upper 2nd Class Honours degree in an approved cognate subject; members of professional bodies in built environment, law or accountancy may also be accepted; non-cognate degree holders need 12 months' real estate experience. English language requirements: IELTS 6.5, TOEFL (575 paper-based, 90 internet-based) or equivalent.

Course modules

Modules include: commercial property valuation; property markets, investment and finance; urban regeneration and development; commercial property asset management; sustainable real estate; law for commercial property; applied research methods (real estate); dissertation; UK and international urban planning.
