Real Estate (International)
A minimum of a lower 2nd Class (2.2) Honours degree from a UK university or its equivalent; professional qualifications that are equivalent to an Honours degree may also be acceptable; overseas applicants should be able to demonstrate competence in the English language to a level equivalent to IELTS 6.5.
Modules include: sustainable real estate; real estate law; applied research methods (real estate); dissertation (real estate); UK and international urban planning; international commercial property valuation; international strategic property management; international urban regeneration and development; international property markets, investment and finance.
