Quantity Surveying Pathway

The programme addresses both the professional and academic needs of graduates from a number of disciplines and is accredited by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Entry requirements

An undergraduate degree and be in relevant employment. English language requirements: IELTS 6.5, TOEFL (575 paper-based, 90 internet-based) or equivalent.

Course modules

Modules include: construction technology; introduction to law; quantity surveying professional practice; economics and business environment; sustainable futures; work based project; decision making, risk and value management; quantity surveying practice and management; project management (process and people).

Assessment methods

Modules will be assessed by approximately 50 per cent coursework and 50 per cent examination.
