Building Design Management and Building Information Modelling (BIM)
The course provides an understanding of the future of construction and how the industry will develop in a BIM enabled future. Students study the complexity of working in interdisciplinary teams and managing collaborative design and production. The programme covers planning and executing design for construction, producing more efficient, sustainable and buildable projects together with leadership, decision making, strategic thinking and communication.
A 2.2 Honours degree or above in a relevant subject. English language requirements are either an IELTS score of 6.5 (or above) with a minimum score in each component of reading, writing, listening and speaking of 5.5; or a Pearson Academic score of 62 (or above) with a minimum score in each component of reading, writing, listening and speaking of 51; or a TOEFL internet based-test score of 89 (or above) with a minimum score in each component of reading 18, writing 17, listening 17 and speaking 20.
