A minimum of a lower 2nd Class Honours degree (2.2) in a science based subject, or equivalent, is required for entry. English language requirements: IELTS 6.5, TOEFL (575 paper-based, 90 internet-based) or equivalent.
Modules include: project; nutrient analysis and sensory perception; subject exploration; food policy; advanced human nutrition; graduate science research methods.
The modules are assessed via combinations of coursework, laboratory reports and seminar presentations.
