This programme aims to prepare nurses to enhance their own practice or to take on the challenges of nursing leadership. It is aimed at nurses who have registration in their own country. The programme offers the opportunity to explore nursing practice, healthcare and to develop knowledge and skills in research methods and service improvement. It is anticipated that students will be drawn from across the world as well as nurses from the UK. This will allow students an opportunity to work collaboratively with other students from different cultures and healthcare systems. The programme provides opportunities to study contemporary issues in nursing from either a clinical or a leadership perspective.
