This practice-based course is designed to help students develop the commercial, technical and conceptual skills demanded by the commercial photographic industry. With a focus on employability and entrepreneurship students undertake either a work placement or a live project with industry, in the UK or overseas.
An Honours degree (minimum 2.1) or equivalent in a relevant discipline, or relevant experience. Applicants whose 1st language is not English should have an IELTS score of 6.5.
Commercial Photography (180 credit points)
Assessment is 100 per cent based on coursework and includes: learning agreement, reflective journal, work-based learning report, verbal presentation, contextual essay, annotated bibliography, body of photographic work.
