Our LLM International Financial Law course has been designed to respond to the rapid growth in the development of the law in this area and to meet an increasing demand for specialists within but also beyond the legal profession. This course is ideally suited for students looking for employment in the wider field of financial law. The course therefore offers a wide range of career possibilities for graduates within the legal, financial services sector and academia. Modules include: International Banking Regulation, Securing Corporate Debt, Business Organisations, International Financial Transactions and Cross Border Insolvency.

In each case modules are assessed through 1 piece of course work. This usually takes the form of a problem or essay style question, but will vary by module. The dissertation is 18,000 to 20,000 words and is researched and written independently under the guidance of an expert academic.
