The course provides future managers with a solid grounding in the operation of key functional areas of business and the way that these areas are integrated in globally orientated organisations; provides students with an understanding of marketing principles and practices and key analytical techniques; equips students with the skills and knowledge necessary to develop and implement innovative, value adding marketing solutions to help maintain superior customer satisfaction; develops the ability to create innovative marketing solutions and the critical thought processes required to challenge existing marketing frameworks and approaches.

Entry requirements

An undergraduate degree equivalent to a UK undergraduate Honours degree (2.2 or above).

Course modules

Managing people; information and knowledge; accounting; finance and economics; strategy in the international environment; marketing and operations; research methods; applied/consultancy project; specialist modules: the customer experience; marketing contexts.

Assessment methods

Presentations; group work; management reports; examinations.
