Planning, Urban Design and Sustainable Development
This course develops knowledge, understanding and skills relevant to contemporary planning and development with an emphasis on communities, localism, urban design and quality housing led development; it is designed for practitioners as well as those who wish to develop a specialism within the area.
2.2 Honours degree or equivalent in a relevant subject area and relevant current employment; applications are welcomed from mature candidates with non standard qualifications but with relevant industrial experience.
Modules include: urban design and master planning; localism, planning and development; design quality in residential led development.
