Legal Practice

This award is for those with professional legal qualifications, for example the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) or The Legal Practice Course (LPC) (or their precursors). Credit points are awarded for these professional qualifications and students can then 'top-up' these points with a dissertation or publishable article to gain this LLM. Students will study the course entirely by distance learning .

Entry requirements

Applicants should have successfully completed either the Legal Practice Course (LPC), or the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC). Applications from members of other legal professions will also be considered, for example, Patent Attorneys or Trade Mark Attorneys.
