Research subject areas include: decorative arts; design history and visual culture; fashion and textile design; fashion marketing and management; fine art; graphic design; narrative and interactive arts; photography.
A minimum of a 1st or 2nd Class degree or a Master's degree in a relevant discipline; a period of pre-PhD study is required for some subjects before entry to a PhD; and / or evidence of motivation and ability to conduct research at higher degree level. International students will also need to meet the English language requirements: IELTS 6.5 (with minimum sub-scores of 6.0).
