This course has been designed to help you to develop your creative, academic and professional potential. You will devise an individual programme of study, in the form of a project, which could be focused on your career aspirations, or an experimental investigation into fashion, art and fabrication. You will be supported through flexible and responsive teaching and learning, helping you to explore and challenge the limits of fashion design.
You will need an Honours degree (minimum 2.2) or equivalent in a relevant discipline, or relevant experience and examples of your work. If your 1st language is not English then you will need IELTS 6.5 with minimum of 5.5 in each component.
Modules: research and context; project development; advanced art and design research; project realisation and presentation.
Assessment is 100% by coursework and involves project proposal, supporting fashion research and development work, evidence of reflective practice, experimental designs, formal presentation of key developments resolved fashion designs and collection, portfolio and CV.
