Educational Leadership, Agency, Professional Learning and Change (EE811)

With a strong focus on linking scholarship and research with students' professional practice, this module explores aspects of educational leadership and management, particularly models of leadership, leading professional development and internal-facing change. It will help students to examine current issues and concerns in their own practice through collaborative learning with other students, contributing to their own identity as a practice leader. Through an experiential and reflective practice approach its focus on students' individual professional development within their place of work means that it is essential that they have access to an education setting that can be linked to their study.

Entry requirements

We warmly welcome applications from students who have an undergraduate degree level qualification from universities outside the UK and which is deemed equivalent to a UK higher education degree.
