Improving Your Practice (BYC834)
This 6 month course is aimed at doctors and other clinicians and related professional working in both primary care and in acute services. In this course students will look at how to review potential service improvements and consider how they might be implemented. Students study ways to develop effective business cases for innovation and how to plan and lead service innovation - looking at collaborative innovation; patient-centred service innovations and innovating in primary care. This course is the second of two modules that form the Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical Leadership (K04).
To register for BYC834 applicants need to have: passed continuing professional development in practice (UYC810); an Honours degree or equivalent.
