The distance learning Real Estate Investment Finance (REIF) programme has been designed for real estate professionals across all sectors, as well as fund managers and investment bankers who would like to gain a better understanding of real estate as a financial asset in an investment portfolio. The REIF programme is practically based and offers students a flexible and innovative way to study. The programme is delivered online and is supported by our Virtual Learning Environment, as well as a series of Network Seminars which offer students face-to-face contact, input from experts in the field and opportunities to network, share work and study experiences. Entry requirements

1st Class or upper 2nd Class Honours degree or equivalent. It is also desirable to have at least 2 years relevant experience in the workplace. We require proof of English language ability where English is not your first language: IELTS 6.5 or other appropriate evidence.
