Construction Project Management

This course is designed to meet the challenging demands of the modern learner and the rapidly evolving needs of the construction industry.

Entry requirements

A good undergraduate honours degree (2.1 or above) in a construction related discipline. Applications are welcome from candidates with relevant experience in construction, (or an alternative qualification) and demonstrable ability to study at Master's level. An IELTS score of 6.0-7.0 overall with 6.0 in reading and writing, 5.5 in listening and speaking (see individual course details).

Course modules

People, leadership and organisations; project planning, control and risk; process management; advanced technology and bim; applied research methods; dissertation.

Assessment methods

Assessment is 100 per cent coursework.
