Construction Project Management and Building Information Technology

This programme has been designed to meet the challenging demands of the modern learner and the rapidly evolving needs of the built environment sector in respect to the emergence of Building Information Modelling (BIM) as a working practice.

Entry requirements

This course open to students who hold a good undergraduate honours degree (2.1 or above). Applications are welcome from candidates with relevant experience in construction, or an alternative qualification and demonstrable ability to study at Master's level. IELTS score of 6.0-7.0 overall with 6.0 in reading and writing, 5.5 in listening and speaking (see individual course details).

Course modules

People, leadership and organisations; project planning, control and risk; bim in practice; advanced construction technology and bim; applied research methods.

Assessment methods

Assessment is 100 per cent coursework.
