Remote and Global Healthcare
Are you interested in expedition and exploration medicine? Do you work in a healthcare practice in an isolated or remote environment? This full masters programme, originally developed for the international medical polar community, will empower you to confidently meet the challenges of expedition planning. You�ll be primed with the advanced knowledge, skills and understanding to positively influence the organisation, delivery and leadership of remote healthcare wherever you are in the world.
Applicants normally require a recognised 1st degree or equivalent. Entrants who have acquired experience through work or other means that enables staff responsible for admissions to be confident of the candidate�s ability to succeed in the programme may also be considered, in line with QAA guidance.
Modules include: Global health; remote practitioner; remote and global placement medicine.
