This programme brings together the thinking, research and practice at the cutting-edge of a global food revolution; drawing from many different projects and schools of thought around the world, and looking at the roles of large scale food production, biotechnology, human scale horticulture and botanical diversity, our starting point is natural systems.
Applicants should normally hold a relevant degree with Honours or an equivalent professional qualification. Other qualifications accompanied by substantial experience in an appropriate field may also be considered. Non-standard applications will be considered on a case by case basis. Applicants whose 1st language is not English require IELTS 6.5 (with a minimum 5.5 in each component) or equivalent.
Modules include: business enterprise; ecological design; holistic horticulture; living soils; plant biology; professional practice; business operations; ecology and resilience in horticulture; economic botany; independent research project; managing the growing environment and plant production.
