This course attracts managers in the hospitality industry who wish to update their qualifications, or managers looking for a career change who want to enter the hospitality industry; it focuses on developing the management skills and knowledge needed in this expanding and constantly changing business sector; the course specifically aims to deepen knowledge and ability to strategically manage hospitality operations and supplements this with an introduction to other key management disciplines; the course engages conceptual thinking, analysis and research.
An Honours degree or equivalent and two years industry experience. Applications are welcomed from those with substantive industry experience and a commitment to CPD. Where the Honours degree has not been studied in English, IELTS 6.0 is required.
