Audiology (pre-registration)

This course enables people who already hold a degree in a science or related area to change career in a short space of time; students study supporting subjects such as linguistics, anatomy, physiology, psychology, neurology and research methods, students gain theoretical audiology knowledge relating to hearing and balance, and carry out an element of professional practice, clinical decision-making, reflection and professional issues; knowledge, understanding and skills acquired in the theoretical modules are integrated and applied to clinical practice throughout the course.
