An Upper 2nd Class Honours degree, or overseas equivalent, in any social science related subject, such as sociology, psychology, business, management, politics, economics, and law; consideration given to good arts graduates; students whose 1st language is not English must be able to demonstrate English language skills to a recognised standard.
Modules include: Comparative employment relations; international human resource management; organisation theory; research methods for business and management; cross cultural management; managing diversity; optional modules: finance for development; innovation and global competition; multinationals and global business; organisational consultancy; personnel economics; qualitative research methods; quantitative research methods; strategic games for managers.
