This programme will introduce you to the core aspects of computing, and allow you to choose from a variety of optional specialist modules; give you extensive technical knowledge of the latest developments in new languages and tools for web systems (such as, XML, Advanced databases, Semantic web); allow you to choose optional specialist modules covering a broad range of subjects relevant to the software industry.
Applicants should have a 2nd class degree in a subject not related to Computer Science, or a degree with less that 50 per cent of the modules in computer science subjects.
Modules include: IT programming; information systems and databases; a wide range of optional modules from graphical user interfaces; mobile services and high performance computing.
