This is a transdisciplinary, blended learning programme that helps professionals to meet the leadership challenges of the 21st century; it has been designed for experienced professionals from diverse backgrounds, including those without formal academic qualifications.
A minimum of 5 years, full-time, relevant work experience; formal academic qualifications, including undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications, are welcome but are not a requirement for admission; successful candidates will be invited to attend an interview; applicants whose 1st language is not English require a recent pass in either: Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English grade C; or GCSE/IGCSE English grade C; or IB Diploma English A grade 4 or above HL or SL; or IB Diploma English B grade 5 at HL; or IELTS 6.5 (with a minimum of 5.5 in each component for non-EU students); or TOEFL paper-based test 577, TOEFL computer-based test 233, or TOEFL internet-based test 90; or Pearson Test 53 (with a minimum of 51 in each component for non-EU students); applicants whose last 3 years of full-time education have been taught completely in English may be exempt from taking an English language test.
Modules include: awakening the leadership experience; the four leadership villages; specifying contexts and creative leadership; sense making in a complex world; mediation and emotional intelligence; testing the leadership (a simulation); applying affective experience; futures; the plan.
