Our MSc in corporate governance: policy and regulation is an innovative and dynamic course which will provide you with the knowledge and skills to develop a professional career in the corporate world. This course focuses on the key legal, financial, managerial and professional skills which will enable you to make that contribution in the dynamic world of corporate governance.

Entry requirements

The MSc Corporate Governance is open to applicants with an undergraduate Honours degree in any discipline. All international students, for whom English is not their first language, must provide evidence of linguistic ability, by gaining either IELTS 6.5 or its equivalent in TOEFL prior to receiving an unconditional offer of a place on the course.

Course modules

Modules: globalisation, governance and strategy; finance for managers; corporate law; financial information and decision making; corporate governance; corporate secretarial practice; research methods; dissertation.
