If you are looking to fast-track your way to a career as a Chartered Surveyor, look no further. This course, developed in partnership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), is highly regarded by the industry where our graduates go on to secure roles with national, regional and international firms, as well as in private and public property. As well as acting as a springboard to your qualification as a Chartered Surveyor, this course can also prepare you to become a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers. Covering rural property law, policy, taxation, financial planning, implementation and environmental challenges, you will be trained in all aspects of land, property and business management.
MSc: The standard entry requirement is a minimum of a BSc (Honours) degree at a 2.1 classification or equivalent. Students with lower academic achievements with relevant experience (such as farming, property or countryside management) may be considered following interview with the programme manager. Applicants whose first language is not English should acquire a 6.5 average with no element below 5.5 in IELTS.
