Real Estate (Aviation)
The course will equip graduates with the necessary knowledge and skills to advise on the real estate implications of the development and expansion of airports and their associated facilities. This programme is a rigorous and challenging course in real estate study, which recognises the need for graduates with an international perspective. Students will undertake 4 live scenario case studies, in an interactive workshop format. Case Studies: Introduction to aviation real estate Institutions and techniques; introduction to the practices and procedures of aviation management and investment, management and development of aviation real estate practical case study.
An upper 2nd Class Honours degree. Relevant real estate practice experience desirable.
You will undertake four ‘live scenario’ case studies in an interactive workshop format. Case studies will be assessed through written reports, oral examinations and other assessments.
The Research Project is carried out over the summer and submitted the following October.
