Media Management

Concentrating on the art of managing and marketing film, TV and digital media industry projects, this Masters programme teaches aspiring producers the essential creative, management, digital marketing, business and vocational skills essential for working within the media industry. The focus is on acquiring fundamental project management skills needed to oversee the life cycle of large creative projects. Taught by established industry professionals, with close links to the UK media industry, and experienced Project Management professionals, this MA will suit highly motivated Students who are seeking a Masters programme which combines the creative development process with the practical management and digital tools required to manage creative projects from conception to completion.

Entry requirements

A minimum of a 2.1 UK honours degree or overseas equivalent. Applicants with relevant professional qualifications or creative experience in the Media will also be considered. Applicants whose first language is not English require IELTS 6.5 overall with 6.5 in writing and a minimum of 5.5 in all other subscores.

Assessment methods

Assessment is carried out by a variety of methods including coursework, examinations and a dissertation.
