Typically applicants require an Honours degree or equivalent, a professional qualification and experience working in a healthcare related role such as medicine or nursing. Applicants whose 1st language is not English require an IELTS score of 6.5 with 5.5 in all skills or equivalent.
Year 1: Philosophy of good medical practice; health care associated infection and control; critical appraisal; year 2; introduction to health care education; the leadership landscape; research methods for practice; year 3; dissertation.
Assessments are tailored to meet individual needs and includes case studies, article writing, scrutiny of research and evidence.
