Migration Mobility and Development

This programme focuses on the political economy of migration from a historical perspective, major trends in migration theories, and different forms of and approaches to the study of migration and displacement.

Entry requirements

Minimum upper 2nd Class Honours degree (or equivalent); relevant work experience may also be considered.

Course modules

Migration and development; political economy of development; theory, policy and practice of development; dissertation in development studies.

Assessment methods
