This programme allows students to create their own programme structure, choosing courses from a range covering comparative regional law; trade law; law and development; commercial law (including copyright and patent law); human rights; environmental law; Islamic law; dispute resolution; and international law.

Entry requirements

Upper 2nd Class Honours degree preferably in a related discipline.

Course modules

Banking law; Chinese commercial law; comparative commercial law; foundations of comparative law; international and comparative copyright law: copyright in the global village; international and comparative corporate law; international commercial arbitration; international labour law; law of international finance; law of Islamic finance; multinational enterprises and the law; world trade organisation law.

Assessment methods

Dissertation.
