This course uses work-based learning approaches to give students the skills to teach in higher education; based on the reflective practitioner model, it allows students to explore their continuing professional development through their own managed learning.
Honours degree, or equivalent, together with a professional appointment to teach higher education courses.
Through peer critiqued exercises on the MLE, a reflective portfolio of practice, an individual learning contract and a group critique of process.
