The course looks at ongoing debates, conflicts and challenges within your chosen subject area, evaluating the literature and balancing the need to be reasoned and creative in solving complex problems and generating potential solutions. You will have the opportunity to reflect on your personal area of professional practice and to formulate a strategy to enhance your own and your organisation�s development.
A minimum of 120 credits at master�s level (level 7). If you do not have this level, please contact the course leader (details below) to discuss your options. You can then develop a personal development plan that suits your interests, needs and aspirations. Applicants who do not have English as their first language will be required to demonstrate an approved level of proficiency in the use of the English language. The agreed minimum requirements for this course are: IELTS minimum 6.5 (6.0 in writing); TOEFL IBT 92 (22 in writing); PTE Academic 61 (56 in writing) or equivalent.
Modules include two main units: Research methods, projects and research skills; work-based business report, consultancy project or research dissertation.
Assessment is based on coursework.
