This course is offered on a modular basis; successful completion of this course leads to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), subject to satisfactory performance in skills tests.
2nd Class Honours degree or recognised equivalent qualification; minimum of 2 weeks� work experience with primary aged children (ideally 1 week with Key Stage 1 and 1 week with Key Stage 2); minimum grade C in GCSE English, mathematics and science; physical and mental fitness to teach; satisfactory criminal record check; interview.
