Strategic Human Resource Management
The course aims to provide experienced practitioners who are CIPD qualified with a challenging programme that develops their strategic competence. It is intended to provoke and challenge the course participants in their thinking and expectations about how and why we manage people at work. The programme challenges participants to consider how different human resource management (HRM) approaches may be more effective in achieving corporate success.
Assessment will take the form of a research proposal and a final dissertation on a topic within the area of strategic HRM.
