Assessment methods

Be prepared for a challenge: the pace will be fast. Instead of relying on theory, the course is based on 'problem and practice based learning', where real and live business issues provide the foundation of your study. Whilst some of these issues form part of the core teaching, many will be drawn from your experiences in Human Resources and those of your fellow colleagues. This means you'll work collaboratively with well-known organisations, fellow professionals and teaching staff to tackle real-world, authentic problems at every stage. Applying yourself to practical problems will help you develop the skills that you need more quickly and more robustly than conventional classroom learning.
