Islamic Finance and Accounting
This programme provides students with a solid foundation in Islamic Finance and prepares them for the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) Diploma in Islamic Finance. The first part covers the core discipline of accounting and finance. The second part focuses on Islamic Finance.
Modules include: Financial reporting and analysis; management control and audit; advanced corporate finance; research methods; Islamic banking and takaful: products and services; Islamic capital markets and investments; Islamic commercial law (Shari'ah); accounting for Islamic financial institutions; investment game; dissertation.
