The course covers the latest state of the art computer based analysis and design techniques used in the automotive industry. The course has been developed in conjunction with the Automotive Industry and will provide the graduate with an in-depth insight into the key technological areas that are driving automotive engineering design.

Entry requirements

A 2nd class Honours degree in an engineering or similar subject area; non-native speakers of English must be able to demonstrate an IELTS score of 6 or above.

Course modules

Modules include: Research methods and project management; design technologies for master; structural integrity; advanced engine design; advanced vehicle aerodynamics; advanced vehicle dynamics; control systems; project.
