Applied Sport and Exercise Science

This course explores all aspects of the relationship between science and sport and builds on the skills and knowledge of your undergraduate degree. Entry requirements

To apply for this course you will need an Undergraduate Honours degree (grade 2.2 or higher) in sport and exercise science or a related discipline. Your degree must be from a UK University or international equivalent. You must be able to demonstrate a good standard of English. We require a minimum score of IELTS 6.0 (with a minimum of 5.5 in all bands) or an equivalent qualification.

The modules for this course: physical activity and mental health; advanced research methods and data analysis; biomechanics and sport injury; the practice of sport and exercise psychology; group dynamics and leadership in sport and exercise; physiological support of athletes dissertation; Masters research project.
