This course aims to provide advanced training in civil engineering analysis and design, particularly in modelling and analysis techniques. Students will be provided with practical computer experience through the use of computational techniques, using modern software, to provide a solution to a range of current practical civil engineering applications enabling students to apply the approach with confidence in an industrial context. This course us accredited by the Joint Board of Moderators (JBM). The JBM is composed of the Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE), the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation (CIHT), and the Institute of Highway Engineers (IHE).
