International Commercial Law

This course focuses on the legal and practical challenges arising out of the diverse international commercial transactions. It offers the opportunity for an intensive but integrated education in different areas of commercial law. The course aims to develop an in-depth and specialist knowledge of international commercial law with a view to enhancing the graduates' employability.

Entry requirements

Candidates should have a good Honours degree in law or a cognate discipline. Candidates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply. English language requirement IELTS 6.5 (with a minimum of 6.0 in each component) or Swansea University recognised equivalent.

Course modules

Modules include: competition law; e-commerce; international corporate law and governance; international intellectual property law; law of intellectual assets management and transactions; international commercial arbitration; law and practice in international banking and commercial payments; transnational credit and security.
