This programme is suitable for computer science graduates or those who have gained some experience of computing and basic programming at undergraduate level. This programme will also be of interest to applicants with substantial relevant experience gained from working in a computer related environment for some time, and are looking to broaden knowledge.

Entry requirements

Normally a 2.2 Honours degree or above in computer science or related subject. English language requirement IELTS 6.0 (with a minimum of 5.5 in each component) or a Swansea University recognised equivalent.

Modules typically include: critical systems; data visualisation; web application development; high performance programming in C/ C++; embedded systems; logic in computer science; computer vision; operating systems and architectures; human computer interaction; big data and machine learning; graphics processor programming; hardware and devices; modelling and verification techniques.
