Advanced Computer Science
This course aims to prepare students for a career in information technology (IT) or related industries.
A 2.2 honours degree (or above) in computer science or other relevant discipline. IELTS 6.0 (with a minimum of 5.5 in each component) or equivalent English test.
Modules typically include: critical system; data visualisation; web application development; high performance programming in C/ C++; embedded systems; logic in computer science; computer vision; operating systems and architectures; human computer interaction; big data and machine learning; software testing; graphics processor programming; hardware and devices; modelling and verification techniques.
